🚨UPDATE: No charges for woman in fake court reference case🚨

A twist in the tale for the case surrounding Suroj Bk, who shockingly invaded a woman’s bedroom and assaulted her as she slept next to her boyfriend.

Before his sentencing to three-and-a-half years in Swansea Crown Court, a reference claimed to be from a late religious leader raised eyebrows. An investigation kicked off, leading to a 32-year-old woman’s arrest on suspicion of attempting to pervert justice. But now, police have decided no further action is necessary.
This bizarre development followed Bk’s sentencing for his heinous act in Ceredigion back in 2023. The victim, deeply impacted, shared how the assault has haunted her life, forcing her from her job and home.
Despite the fake reference drama, Judge Paul Thomas KC assured it didn’t influence the sentencing. Suroj Bk remains behind bars, labelled a registered sex offender for life.
