📺 Gary Lineker Axed Again! 🚫
Football legend Gary Lineker’s planned cameo on the BBC’s The Celebrity Apprentice is off the cards! 🎬 The former Match of the Day host, who left the show a few months back, was set to make a special appearance alongside stars like Olivia Colman and Benedict Cumberbatch. But, in a surprising twist, his segment got snipped! ✂️
Why? Word has it, the decision was made due to time constraints, as only a handful of celeb cameos could make the cut. Lord Sugar’s charity episodes aim to raise funds for Children in Need, and the excitement’s still high despite the omission. 📈
But it’s not all setbacks! Since leaving the BBC, Lineker’s been on a roll with mates Alan Shearer and Micah Richards on the podcast The Rest is Football. And they’ve hit the jackpot! 🎙️ The show is set for a Netflix debut during next summer’s World Cup. Looks like retirement from the BBC is serving Lineker well after all! 🎉
Mark your calendars for 29th December to catch the two-part charity special on BBC One, even if Lineker won’t be popping up. Tune in to support a fantastic cause and see which famous faces made it through! 📅🤩 #GaryLineker #CelebrityApprentice #FootballLegend
