Sad to report that Vale Veterinary Centre, a beloved family-run practice with branches in Barry, Newport, and Pontcanna, Cardiff, has unexpectedly closed all its doors. As of Monday, July 27, ALL future appointments have been cancelled, leaving pet owners in search of new care options. 💔
Until recently, the Barry location was expected to remain closed just temporarily, even advertising for a locum vet earlier this month. However, everything changed on Monday with the sudden announcement that all locations have ceased trading.
Vale Vet Centre has been a trusted and independent part of the community, and this closure marks the end of an era for many local pet lovers.
