🎉 Cardiff City Climb Closer to Promotion with a 2-0 Victory! 🎉
Cardiff City are one step closer to returning to the Championship after securing a solid 2-0 win over Bolton Wanderers this Saturday. Two lightning-fast goals in the second half from Omari Kellyman and Chris Willock did the job for the Bluebirds, bringing them tantalisingly close to automatic promotion!
Here’s how our boys in blue fared:
– **Nathan Trott (6)**: Had a chill afternoon but stepped up when needed.
– **Perry Ng (7)**: Worked brilliantly with Tanner, creating slick plays on the right.
– **Will Fish (7)**: Dominated defensively, especially in the air.
– **Dylan Lawlor (7)**: Made a strong comeback, breaking up opposition plays.
– **Joel Bagan (8)**: Outstanding assist for the second goal, great synergy with Willock.
– **Alex Robertson (8) – **STAR MAN**: Missed a goal but was otherwise exceptional!
– **Ryan Wintle (7)**: Did the grunt work but his final ball missed a bit.
– **Ollie Tanner (7)**: Got into promising spots—deserved more from his efforts.
– **Rubin Colwill (7)**: Not his standout match, but played some good footie around the box.
– **Chris Willock (8)**: Made life hard for Cyrus Christ, and netted a neat goal!
– **Omari Kellyman (8)**: While his possession could improve, that header was glorious!
Subs made their appearances too but kept it quiet:
– **Joel Colwill (7)**: Held his own.
– **Calum Scanlon (6)**: Kept it simple.
– **David Turnbull (6)**: Similar story.
– **Yousef Salech**: Came on late.
With such performances, the Bluebirds are soaring high. 👏💙 Let’s keep the momentum going, Cardiff City fans! 🎶
