South Wales Police are urging everyone to be extra vigilant with their vehicles. With around 10 incidents reported, it’s time to double-check if your car is locked and ensure all valuable items are out of sight.
Just this past Wednesday, an unfortunate incident saw a handbag and money snatched from a car in Llantwit Major during the early hours. It’s a sobering reminder of how quick these thefts can happen.
A spokesperson from South Wales Police shared, “Being a victim of car crime is not only upsetting but also costly and inconvenient. Make sure your vehicles are secure and valuables are removed.”
