🚨 Cardiff City Update! 🚨
Big news ahead of our weekend clash against Blackpool! Our 22-year-old defender, Will Fish, is an “extreme doubt” for the game due to a knee issue, according to manager Brian Barry-Murphy. Sadly, Fish is just one of several players on the sidelines. Perry Ng and Chris Willock are also out until after the international break.
Despite these setbacks, Barry-Murphy remains optimistic. The gaffer highlighted the squad’s intense training sessions and is confident that we’ll put in a strong performance. 🏋️♂️💪
Reflecting on recent games, Barry-Murphy said, “This week, training has been top-notch, and the hunger in the team to compete is evident. We’re ready to show our best version on the pitch.” 💙⚽
With Blackpool sitting at 23rd on the League One table, it’s the perfect opportunity for the Bluebirds to bounce back and grab those vital points. Expect a tough match though, as Barry-Murphy acknowledges Blackpool’s resurgence under Ian Evatt.
Fingers crossed for a fantastic game with Cardiff bringing home the win! 🙌🔵
