🚨 Chaos at Parc Tawe Retail Park! 🚨
Friday afternoon took a dramatic turn at Swansea’s bustling Parc Tawe retail park. Emergency services, including Air Ambulance and the Fire and Rescue Service, descended on the site after reports of a collision in the car park. It seems a driver collided with a parked car, leading to a pedestrian being pinned against a wall! 😲
Thankfully, despite the tension, everyone walked away largely unscathed. Photos captured the scene, showing the area near Deichmann and Home Bargains swarmed with police, ambulance vehicles, and a fire engine. Talk about a Friday surprise!
In an update from South Wales Police, we’re relieved to hear that no major injuries occurred. The pedestrian and driver are safe and didn’t need hospital treatment. However, the passenger of the parked car was taken in for precautionary checks. Safety first! 🚑
A huge shoutout to our incredible emergency services for their swift and professional response. Let’s hope that’s the last of any dramatic car park adventures for a while.
Stay safe, everyone! 💙
