Anthony Durkan, a 36-year-old father-of-two, has confessed to a staggering 26 charges of voyeurism, shocking the Islington community. Dubbed a “risk to women and girls,” Durkan sneakily filmed women through their windows, capturing hundreds of unsettling images and videos.
Caught in the act by a neighbour’s doorbell camera, Durkan was seen filming women in their private residences, often in states of undress. The footage led to his arrest, where police discovered a hidden photo gallery on his phone, revealing just how extensive his activities were.
The Metropolitan Police are urging any potential victims, especially women in north London, to come forward if they noticed any unusual activity around their homes between January 2020 and March 2026.
