🚨 Big shake-up in ITV’s World Cup pundit line-up! 🚨
Former Lionesses star, Eni Aluko, is missing from ITV’s World Cup coverage this year. Despite being part of their team last time, Aluko’s name is absent, and it’s stirring up quite the conversation.
In a past interview, Aluko openly criticised male colleagues, highlighting how some are taking opportunities in women’s sports. Her comments about Ian Wright, a key figure in the line-up, caused a stir. Wright was deeply disappointed and publicly refused her apology, emphasising that the growth of the women’s game should be a collective effort, not about individuals.
Meanwhile, ITV’s pundit team is packed with familiar faces! 🏆 Gary Neville, Roy Keane, Patrick Vieira, Emma Hayes, and more are all set to provide expert analysis. Ange Postecoglou is among the exciting new additions!
Catch the World Cup action with ITV’s coverage of 51 matches, kicking off with the opener between Mexico and South Africa on June 11th. Let us know what you think about the line-up in the comments! ⚽
