🚨 **Shocking Court Appearance After Bristol Dog Attack** 🚨
In a tragic turn of events, 19-year-old Morgan Dorsett’s life was cut short after a dog attack in Bristol. Kelcie Reed has been charged in connection with this heartbreaking incident and made her first court appearance at Bristol Magistrates Court on April 23rd.
The incident unfolded in Withywood on February 26, 2025, when the dog, an XL Bully named Prince, reportedly attacked Morgan, resulting in fatal injuries. Reed, just 24 years old and hailing from Lawrence Weston, now faces a serious charge of having a dangerously out-of-control dog.
During her court appearance, Reed only confirmed her personal details, and her solicitor stated that no plea would be entered at this stage. The case is adjourned and will move to Bristol Crown Court, with the next hearing scheduled for May 27th.
Reed has been granted bail under the condition she neither owns nor controls any dog and must not contact Morgan’s family. Our thoughts go out to everyone affected by this devastating event.
