🏉 Get ready, Welsh rugby fans! Head coach Steve Tandy is giving us plenty to chat about as he drops hints on the upcoming squad selections. It’s all eyes on Wales as they gear up for an exciting match against Fiji at Cardiff City Stadium!
Starting this weekend, Wales will face the iconic Barbarians in London — an uncapped fixture that still holds significance. But the real focus is on that crucial fixture against Fiji, where a home victory is within reach despite their last challenging encounter.
Tandy’s sticking to his guns, keeping changes minimal to build confidence from a solid Six Nations finish. Missing some English-based stars like Rhys Carre and Louis Rees-Zammit, Wales is still set for an action-packed squad lineup. Watch out for Tom Rogers making a statement and Blair Murray eyeing the full-back spot! 🏃♂️💨
Midfield talents Joe Hawkins and Eddie James continue to earn Tandy’s trust, with possible debuts looming for exciting picks like Rhys Barratt and Ryan Woodman. It’s all about finding the perfect squad mix before hitting the road to face Argentina and South Africa.
Things heat up on the bench with some interesting choices. Injuries have narrowed the options, but there’s still room for surprises. Keep an eye on Reuben Morgan-Williams! The Osprey halfback might just shine.
Get your game face on and let’s rally behind the team — this summer could be the start of something big for Wales! 🇼🇸
