🚨 Big Bang at Tesco! 🚨
Did you hear about the unexpected commotion at the Risca Tesco Extra on Boxing Day? 🛒 Customers were caught off guard when a “massive explosion” reportedly echoed through the store, sending everyone into a bit of a panic. 😱
The drama unfolded around 5:20pm when an issue with a refrigerator pipe caused some intense white smoke and a quick evacuation ensued. Shoppers and staff were escorted out for their safety, while the South Wales Fire and Rescue Service swooped in to tackle the situation. 🔧🚒
A Tesco representative reassured everyone that everything is back to normal now and the store has reopened after this brief hiccup. However, they also mentioned that the freezer section might be a bit sparse at the moment. 🥶 Engineers are hard at work getting everything back to full stock!
If you were planning a frozen feast, it might be worth checking back later in the week. In the meantime, enjoy safe shopping and let’s hope for a quieter New Year! 👍
