With Idah out and Liam Cullen nursing a calf issue, eyes are now on Zan Vipotnik. Our Slovenian star has been on fire, scoring 12 goals this season, and big clubs are watching!
The real question: Will Swansea dip into the transfer market for a new striker? Manager Vitor Matos is keeping his cards close, saying, “We need to discuss internally before making any decisions. January’s a tricky window, so planning is key.”
Meanwhile, we might see more of Melker Widell up front after his surprise appearance, showcasing flexibility in Matos’s tactics. Or could young Bobby Wales step up? Gaining first-team experience at just 20, this might be his time to shine.
For now, Vipotnik seems set to lead the line, and his form keeps the Swans hopeful. The January transfer window could bring new challenges and possibly fresh faces. However, maintaining balance and finding the right fit is crucial. 🦢
