Evans, who styles himself as the victim, made an unannounced, unwelcome appearance at his former partner’s house— again. Despite a history scattered with convictions—67 offences to date, including 23 breaches of restraining orders—Evans seemed determined to flout the law. Following his sentencing last June for stalking with intent to cause fear, Evans was handed a suspended prison term along with a restraining order. Yet, he couldn’t resist another breach, believing himself untouchable: “Police have got nothing on me,” he once boasted.🤦‍♂️

Evans’ lawyer revealed a sip of alcohol led to his poor decision-making. But really, at 65, you’d hope he’s learned by now! The judge clearly thinks so and left him with no excuses.
