On an ordinary Monday afternoon, an explosion led to a fire that destroyed their home, leaving Jodie, Dave, and their son Alfie in shock and mourning the loss of their beloved cat. A collection point at the community centre has been flooded with donations, and a GoFundMe page launched by family friend Helen has already raised around £3,000.
