1️⃣ **The People**: Forget the stereotypes! The Welsh are some of the friendliest folks around. While rivalries flare up during the Six Nations, the warmth and humour I’ve found here are unmatched. Even my partner’s dad only teases me for being English—though he’s more concerned about my vegetarianism! 😂

Whether it’s the rugged beauty of Eryri or the serene shores of the Gower, the landscapes here do wonders for your spirit. Want a road trip? The Cambrian Way’s views rival the Scottish Highlands. 🏞️

3️⃣ **Affordable Living**: With skyrocketing bills everywhere, it’s a relief that living costs are more manageable here. I bought a home without breaking the bank, and daily commutes are just £6. Oh, and did I mention free prescriptions? A lifesaver! 🏡💊

4️⃣ **The Music Scene**: Wales isn’t called the Land of Song for nothing! From traditional male choirs to modern rock bands, the musical heritage here is rich and vibrant. There’s magic in Welsh music that strikes a chord in your soul. 🎶
