🚨 **Significant Discovery in Carmarthen Park Investigation** 🚨

A dramatic search continues in Carmarthen Park, as authorities hunt for 57-year-old James Mckenna following a chilling incident. Last Thursday, a woman sustained stab wounds in the park but managed to escape to Picton Terrace to call for help. Thankfully, her injuries aren’t life-threatening, and she’s on her way to recovery.

The police have uncovered a knife and a rucksack believed to be linked to the attack, as they expand their search efforts. Officers were seen scouring the area throughout the weekend with police dogs and drones, thoroughly examining allotments, woodland, and the wetlands nearby.
James Mckenna, a local figure with connections to Ireland, remains a primary suspect. Described as a 5ft 7ins tall white male with distinctive baldness and white facial hair, his image is circulating widely as authorities urge anyone with information to come forward.
Detective Chief Superintendent Ross Evans assures that the team is pulling all stops to capture McKenna. He states, “Our work is ongoing and spans from the incident site to remote areas along the Towy river bank and beyond.”
As investigations continue, police have checked with local transport services to ensure McKenna hasn’t left the area. Despite the disruption caused by the investigation, local residents remain cooperative and supportive.
