🏆⚽ Caernarfon Town are celebrating a historic moment after clinching their first-ever JD Welsh Cup! With a sensational three-goal burst in the first 20 minutes at Rodney Parade, the Cofis left Flint’s dreams shattered. 🌟
Sion Bradley ignited the match early on, scoring in the 7th minute after an initial close call. A smart free-kick by Matty Jones doubled the lead, and Adrian Cieslewicz’s header made it an unassailable 3-0 by the 18th minute. 🚀
While Flint battled hard, even getting the ball in the net only to be ruled offside, Caernarfon’s defence and keeper Connor Roberts stood strong. Flint’s Jack Flint made some crucial saves, but the damage was already done.
This incredible victory secured European football for Caernarfon and added another cup medal to Cieslewicz’s collection. 🏅 For Flint, attention now turns to their crucial survival match in the Cymru Premier.
Celebrations erupted as the final whistle blew, marking a monumental day for the Caernarfon faithful! 🎉
What a day for the Cofis – one for the history books! 📖💚
