Originally from Bangor, Gareth now calls Caerphilly home, having lived there for decades and even serving on the Rhymney Valley District Council. He’s the driving force behind the Welsh housing association movement and was the first director of the Welsh Federation of Housing Associations.
Gareth believes in a Wales that prioritises people and the planet. He’s committed to bringing a strong, honest voice to the Senedd and is passionate about green jobs, stronger communities, and bolstering public services. ππ‘

– Steve Aicheler β Liberal Democrats
– Anthony Cook β Gwlad
– Gareth Hughes β Green Party
– Gareth Potter β Conservatives
– LlΕ·r Powell β Reform UK
– Richard Tunnicliffe β Labour
