📢 Exciting Match Ahead for Carmarthen Town! ⚽️
This Saturday marks a bittersweet moment for Carmarthen Town FC as we prepare to bid farewell to our legendary manager, Mark Aizlewood. After more than two incredible decades, Aizlewood will be at the helm for his final match against Treowen Stars in the JD Cymru South.
Mark Aizlewood leaves behind a sterling legacy. Under his leadership, Carmarthen Town became a powerhouse in the top tier of Welsh football, bringing home a Welsh Cup and two League Cups! 🏆 His dedication and passion have been the cornerstone of our club’s success.
Reflecting on his time with the club, Aizlewood said, “Carmarthen Town has been a huge part of my life. We’ve celebrated wins, faced challenges, and built a proud team culture. It’s now time for me to focus on my family who’ve been my backbone throughout my career.”
Rhodri Thomas, a familiar face and Aizlewood’s assistant, will be stepping up as the new manager. With deep roots in the club, Rhodri’s appointment marks a promising chapter for Carmarthen Town.
Join us this Saturday to cheer on our team and give Aizlewood the send-off he truly deserves! 🎉
Thank you, Mark, for your unwavering dedication and the memories. Carmarthen Town will always hold a special place in your heart, and you in ours. Best wishes for the future! 💛🖤
