Tragic news from Powys as a devastating crash on the A483 has left one driver dead and another in police custody. It all unfolded on Saturday evening near Pool Quay in Welshpool, involving a purple Volkswagen and a white Mini. Sadly, the Mini’s driver lost their life at the scene.
An 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. The crash also injured passengers in the Volkswagen, with one flown to hospital with life-threatening injuries, while others sustained less severe injuries.
