Heartbreaking Loss in Essex: Remembering Jamie-Lea 💔
We’re saddened to share that 19-year-old Jamie-Lea Biscoe tragically lost her life after being attacked by a dog in a heartbreaking incident in Leaden Roding, Essex. Jamie-Lea was well-loved and is being remembered by family and friends as “our darling” after the devastating incident.
The 37-year-old lurcher, described by family as a beloved pet, had always been part of the family, even sleeping on beds at night. In a shocking turn of events, it went out of control, leading to a tragic loss that left the local community reeling.
Essex Police swiftly responded to reports on Friday night and found Jamie-Lea with serious injuries. Despite the best efforts of emergency services, she was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have since taken the dog into custody.
The police have arrested a 37-year-old man, suspecting him to be in charge of a dangerously out-of-control dog causing injury resulting in death. He’s now in custody as investigations continue.
Neighbouring residents express their sorrow for the family, saying: “She was well-liked, and we’re all in shock.” Essex Police assure the community that their thoughts are with the family and have offered support to anyone affected.
