🏉 Exciting times for Welsh rugby fans! 🚀 Steve Tandy’s coaching team is coming together as anticipation builds for the big summer ahead. With matches lined up against the Barbarians, Fiji, Argentina, and South Africa, our squad is gearing up for an action-packed season.

Tandy is bringing some fresh faces into the fold! Peter Murchie, the new defence coach, is a standout addition. He brings a strong track record from Glasgow – where he helped them secure the United Rugby Championship title in 2024. 🏆
Joining him is Dan Lydiate, a familiar name who’s impressed players during recent camps. He steps in to enhance our contact skills alongside Murchie. 💪 But there are still a few spots to fill!

Interviews are underway for positions including kicking, scrum, and attacking skills coaches. Among the contenders, we have Wales legends and past players like Adam Jones, Duncan Jones, and Paul James. Even Leigh Halfpenny has thrown his hat in the ring for the kicking role!👟
On the attacking front, Cardiff assistant Jonny Goodridge and Scarlets’ Scott Sneddon are rumoured to be in the mix. Goodridge, known for his creative plays, has been pivotal in Cardiff’s successful URC play-off run, while Sneddon brings experience from coaching the Wales U20s.
Stay tuned as the coaching roster gets finalised. Let’s hope this revamp propels Wales to new heights in the upcoming competitions! 🏉🇽🇪 #WelshRugby #SteveTandy #SummerRugby #NewBeginnings
