Cllr Frances Taylor voiced residents’ frustrations, highlighting the unfulfilled promises. “We have a road to nowhere, and it’s causing great frustration,” she said. Plans showed the road would be finished before anyone moved in, but here we are.
Cllr John Crook echoed these concerns, emphasising the real-day impacts on residents. From lost deliveries to potential risks for emergency responders, it seems like a significant oversight.
Council discussions are ongoing, with some reassurance coming from Cllr Ben Callard. He stated there’s just “one missing part of the road,” and plans are in place to complete it.
