A motorcyclist was left seriously injured after an incident on the A487 at Blaenplwyf near Aberystwyth. The crash, happening early Saturday morning, involved a blue Suzuki motorcycle and resulted in the rider—aged 30—being airlifted to hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries.
Emergency services rushed to the scene around 7am, and the rider’s loved ones are now being supported by specialist officers. The police are calling out for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage that might help their investigation.
