Mr Nation’s journey kicked off at just 13 with the Pontypridd air cadets. Imagine flying motor gliders at an age when most of us were still dreaming of our future! By the time he was 17, he was teaching gliding, already hooked on the thrill of the skies. He continued his love for flying while studying aerospace engineering at Swansea University.

Fast forward to 2015, Mr Nation joined the RAF full-time. Starting with basic prop planes, he soon transitioned to Hawks and then the powerful Typhoon jets. After globetrotting through multiple operations, he returned to Lincolnshire as an instructor, passing on his valuable skills to the next wave of pilots. 🛩️
