🚨 Boxing fans, brace yourselves! 🚨
The long-anticipated showdown between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury might finally be happening—and it’s got everyone on the edge of their seats! 📺 Rumour has it, Netflix has jumped the gun and announced this epic ‘Battle of Britain’ could hit your screens later this year.
🔥 The fire was well and truly lit when, fresh off his victory, Fury took the mic to challenge Joshua right then and there, urging him to stop “running” and step up for an autumn showdown. Joshua, not one to back down, fired right back from ringside, calling Fury a ‘clout chaser’ and reminding him of their youthful scuffles.
📍 So where’s all this action likely to go down? Wembley Stadium seems to be the top pick, but don’t rule out Croke Park in Dublin just yet.
🎤 With the drama spilling over on social media, Netflix’s bold tweet caught everyone’s attention: “It’s happening. Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua. This autumn from the UK. LIVE only on Netflix.” Though some think they might’ve jumped the gun on the announcement.
👊 And just when you thought it couldn’t get any spicier, Joshua closed the verbal spar by asserting his dominance, claiming he’s the one making “the big fights” happen. He’s keeping his cards close, though, hinting at a warm-up bout with Deontay Wilder before the big event.
🗓️ No fixed date yet, but Eddie Hearn is strategising with sights on summer for some pre-Fury action. Joshua is taking his time to ‘sort things out,’ and let’s just say, a little anticipation never hurt anyone.
Stay tuned, because if this happens, it’s going to be one for the history books! 🥊 #BattleOfBritain #AJvsFury
