🍽️ Late Night Sips in Pembroke! 🍹

Parkside Diner is all set to serve alcohol until 4am via their service hatch, even after concerns from local police! 🎉 Previously, they wrapped up by 11pm, but now Fridays and Saturdays just got a tad more exciting in Pembroke.
The Pembrokeshire Council has given a nod to this change following an application review. The diner can now delight customers with midnight munchies and drinks, extending hours until 5am on weekends with sales until midnight during the week.

Not everyone is raising a glass, though. Critics, including police and local councillor Jonathan Grimes, fear a potential rise in late-night disruptions. Jonathan said, “Late hours like these could spell trouble, leading to more unsociable antics around town.”
However, some locals are all for the idea! Supporters argue that Parkside Diner has stayed trouble-free since opening. One resident said, “Living nearby, I’ve never seen trouble. Why not let them try for a few extra hours?” Another added, “There’s nothing quite like it around here, and it could be a boon for the community!”

To keep things in check, some regulations have been added. Alcohol served past midnight must be in sealed containers, and a registered doorman will be on duty from midnight until closing on weekends. 🍻
