🚨 **Arrests in Major Child Exploitation Probe** 🚨
A dramatic operation by Gwent Police led to the arrest of a 35-year-old man from Newport and a 36-year-old from Bristol this week. Both are under suspicion for serious charges related to child exploitation. After raiding a property in Undy, authorities uncovered a surprising stash, including suspected counterfeit cash, samurai swords, and nunchucks. 😮🗡️
A previously charged 31-year-old from Cornwall remains in custody, as the investigation continues. It’s a stark reminder of the dangers lurking in our communities.
Detective Inspector Emma Coopey is urging anyone with information or concerns about child exploitation to come forward. “We will listen to you,” she assures, emphasising the importance of community support in tackling these crimes.
