🌞🐶 Monty Don Shares Sweet Update on Dog Ned as Heatwave Continues! 🌞
Gardening guru Monty Don has given us an adorable glimpse into how his beloved golden retriever, Ned, is managing to keep cool during the ongoing UK heatwave. With temperatures soaring, many of us – and our furry friends – are feeling the heat, and Monty’s recent Instagram post has tugged at heartstrings everywhere.
In a video on Instagram, Monty shared a clip of Ned happily standing in a shallow bath filled with water. It looks like the perfect pooch paradise! 😉 Monty captioned it: “Drinking one’s bathwater…” Talk about multitasking!
Fans couldn’t help but send their love for Ned. One follower commented, “Aww…poor baby! Keep cool, Ned (and Monty and family!)”, while another added, “Aah so hot, panting.” We’re all rooting for you, Ned! 💦🐾
As pups are particularly prone to heat-related issues, it’s crucial to help them stay cool. The RSPCA suggests quick action to cool down your pet using wet towels placed beneath them, avoiding direct coverage, and getting them to the vet if needed.
Monty, who’s had dogs by his side in the garden for years, reminds us it’s their space too. His love for Ned shines through in every post, offering a heartwarming reminder to look out for our pets during these sizzling times. 🐕💚
Stay cool and enjoy the garden adventures, Monty and Ned! 🌿🐕
