Heartbroken mum Sian Morgan is on a mission to change the law after losing her 15-year-old daughter, Keely, to a reckless driver. Keely was tragically hit by Christopher West, who was speeding and showing off to friends, as she crossed a road in Cardiff. Though sentenced to 16 months in prison, West served just over six months before being released, sparking outrage from Sian and supporters who feel justice hasn’t been served.

Sian’s petition calling for tougher sentences for killer drivers is gaining momentum, nearing 10,000 signatures. She’s determined to push this change all the way to Parliament and is preparing to meet with the minister of transport in March. “The support has been amazing,” Sian shares, hopeful that more signatures will lead to real change. She stresses, “These drivers need to be made examples of and not let off lightly.”

West admitted to causing death by careless driving while uninsured, claiming he didn’t see Keely even as he was speeding in a 30mph zone and had removed a black box from his car. The call for justice is louder than ever, and your signature can make a difference. Let’s help Sian reach that 10,000 mark to ensure no more families suffer like this.
Please consider signing the petition and being part of this essential change. ❤️✍️
