Yasmin feared an intruder at first, but soon realised that Boo was in a life-threatening situation due to something called Acute Haemorrhagic Diarrhoea Syndrome (AHDS). 💔 With her husband on a long haul flight, and the family vet closed, Yasmin didn’t hesitate—she rushed Boo to an emergency clinic in Swansea.

At the clinic, an expert team jumped into action, applying all their skills to save Boo’s life as her heart raced and her body shook from hypovolemic shock. It was touch and go, and Yasmin had to face the emotional decision of CPR, all while the clinic team squeezed their own tears back.

After six nail-biting hours of intensive care, Boo showed signs of improvement. Yasmin spent the night by her side, feeding her little bits of chicken and finally seeing a glimmer of hope. 🍗✨ By the morning, Boo was on the mend and back home, safe with her family.

“I can’t thank the vet and nurses enough for their incredible care,” Yasmin shared. “Boo is a part of our family, and they brought her back to us.” 💞

Yasmin now wants to raise awareness about AHDS, hoping more pet owners recognise the symptoms early. Her message? There’s always hope if you act fast. 🚨🐾

We’re so glad Boo is back to chasing tails and living her best life! 🐶💖 Remember, always have that emergency vet number at the ready—it’s a lifesaver!
