Located in the heart of the town centre, this three-storey gem sits near shops, restaurants, and backs onto the charming Ogmore River, offering a perfect setting for a lively night out. The bank has been vacant since April 2024, but with these new proposals, it’s set to get a new lease of life! 🏛️➡️🎤🎶
The development plans include internal renovations and customer facilities, aiming to breathe life back into this part of town. It’s part of a broader discussion about de-pedestrianising the busy area, with recent efforts to improve access and parking already underway.
