**A Heartfelt Farewell at the Royal Welsh Show**

Tragedy struck at the Royal Welsh Show this past weekend when Dewi Aeron Evans, 25, sadly passed away after a medical emergency at Penmaenau Farm Campsite. Dewi was cherished by his family and leaves behind grieving parents, siblings, and grandparents.

Police swiftly intervened following the incident on July 18, arresting three men on suspicion of drug-related offences in connection to the heartbreaking event. However, the trio has since been released on conditional bail as investigations continue. Dyfed-Powys Police are working tirelessly to understand the circumstances and assure us this tragic loss is an isolated event with no threat to the public.
The campsite, a popular spot for Royal Welsh Show attendees, extended their deepest sympathies to Dewi’s loved ones, emphasising this was purely a medical emergency with no violent connections. They are cooperating fully with police inquiries.
Chief Superintendent Steve Davies expressed his condolences, recognising the profound impact of Dewi’s loss. He reassures the community of their commitment to safety and ongoing support for the bereaved family. Penmaenau Farm remains open, prioritising visitors’ wellbeing with staff on hand around the clock.
Our thoughts are with Dewi’s family during this incredibly difficult time. Stay informed as more details emerge, and remember to cherish every moment with loved ones. ❤️ #RoyalWelshShow #CommunitySupport #InMemoriam
