**Update from Corner House Inn: Temporary Closure**

Hey folks, we’ve got an important update from the beloved Corner House Inn in Llangynwyd. After a few customers felt under the weather following their Sunday meals, the pub has decided to temporarily shut its doors for a thorough deep clean. Safety first, right?
The team at Corner House Inn had a chinwag with environmental health officers as soon as they got wind of the situation. They’re on the case, investigating the cause, but no answers just yet. The good news? The pub plans to reopen Tuesday evening, shipshape and sparkle-ready.

Some of you have shared experiences of Sunday night tummy troubles—definitely not the kind of takeaway anyone wants! Others have shown support, appreciating the swift action taken.

Corner House Inn shared: “We’re heartbroken to hear some of you haven’t been feeling well. We’re collaborating closely with customers and environmental health to get to the bottom of this. Meanwhile, we’re giving the place a top-to-toe sanitise to ensure everyone’s safety.”
Environmental health has pointed out that norovirus is a possibility, reminding us that it spreads easily and could have been brought in unknowingly. Fingers crossed they pin down the culprit soon!
Got plans later this week? Why not pop down and show your support once they reopen? Hopefully, by then, it’ll be business as usual, with peace of mind and hearty meals on the menu.
Stay safe and see you at the Corner House Inn soon! 🍻
