Stefan Dobandi, a 20-year-old without a fixed address, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison with an extra two years on licence for the heinous rape of two teenage girls in the Flintshire area. 💔

One of the victims woke up next to him, only to face the horrifying reality of his crime. The judge, while condemning the “totally depraved behaviour,” labelled Dobandi a ‘dangerous offender’ and highlighted his ongoing threat to women. As part of his sentence, Dobandi must register as a sex offender and is now subject to a sexual harm prevention order indefinitely. Furthermore, a 10-year restraining order has been placed to ensure he cannot contact the courageous victims who bravely reported these crimes.
