🎯 Darts Drama: Cameron Menzies’ Painful Lesson 🎯
Scottish darts ace Cameron Menzies has lifted the lid on a painful incident he describes as the “biggest mistake of my life.” Following a frustrating first-round defeat at the World Darts Championship, Menzies punched a table, only to suffer severe injury damage to his hand.
The aftermath saw Cameron needing surgery for a split hand and has left him without any feeling in his fingers for a whopping six weeks! He openly admits that this wild moment made him question his career, saying, “I’ve felt like just wrapping it all up.”
Despite the trauma and several visits to a hand specialist, Cameron is back on track. He recently returned to form at the Poland Darts Open, giving his fans something to cheer about with a thrilling 6-4 victory against Richard Edhouse. Menzies, who had been struggling to enjoy the sport, found some of that lost love during the competition and is slowly rekindling his passion for darts.
“I was lucky it wasn’t worse,” he admitted, reflecting on how his mistake could have ended his career. But with grit and determination, he’s on the path to recovery and hoping to build on his recent successes.
💪 Here’s to more triumphs, less drama, and a speedy recovery for Cameron! Fans are with you, Cameron! 🙌
