Guess who made a surprise touchdown in Swansea? Yep, the legendary Snoop Dogg popped by the Swansea City training ground and it’s got everyone buzzing! The rap icon, who recently picked up a minority stake in the Swans, was spotted at their Fairwood base, creating a buzz ahead of the much-hyped clash against Preston North End.
Sporting a hoodie adorned with his own image and the Swansea City badge, Snoop didn’t just wave hello; he fully immersed himself! He met with head coach Vitor Matos, swapped stories with staff, and even received an official club shirt, reflected in the eyes of his sunglasses. In true Snoop style, he threw down a cheeky challenge in a video: “Next time I see you, I want you dressed… for the game.”
But the highlights didn’t stop there. With a beanie that read ‘Coach Snoop’, he filmed a video alongside kit men Michael Eames and Shaun Baggridge, joking, “For the TikTok we don’t stop,” before sending a playful warning to opposing teams to “drop it like it’s hot.”
The anticipation for Tuesday’s match at the Swansea.com Stadium is sky-high, with fans eager to see what the hip-hop megastar has in store. A sell-out crowd is expected, as the Swans aim for their eighth win in nine home games, pushing their play-off dreams further.
Stay tuned to see how Snoop’s presence might just add an extra bounce to Swansea’s step! 🎤⚽️🌟 #SnoopInSwansea #SwansForVictory #HipHopMeetsFootball
