π From NFL Gridiron Back to Rugby Glory! π

Louis Rees-Zammit, our favourite speedster from Wales, has made an eye-catching return to rugby after his stint in American football. Once a wide receiver for the Jacksonville Jaguars, heβs now back on familiar turf with the Bristol Bears β and heβs looking bigger and faster than ever!
While in the NFL, Louis experienced a brutal training regime that helped transform his physique, upping his weight to a hefty 105 kg from his rugby-playing 96 kg. But don’t worry, he assures us that he’s lost any unnecessary bulk and is ready to sprint down the field like never before.

Speaking candidly, Louis revealed that even at a heavier weight, he clocked an astounding 23 miles per hour. Now hovering around 98-99 kg, he’s confident that heβs quicker than before. πͺ
Louis admits, βI used to have a little kid’s upper body. But now, Iβve filled out a bit and feel faster and stronger after my intense NFL workouts. Those relentless gym sessions were something else, often cramming in 20 exercises in just an hour and a half.β
His recent match against Gloucester saw plenty of action, with a try, a scuffle, and even a yellow card showcasing his fiery form. Rugby fans noticed Louis didn’t just return with more muscle but maintained his famous speed too. π
Eager to light up the English Premiership once again, heβs set for his debut against Leicester Tigers this Sunday. Don’t miss it! π
Watch out for more thrilling moments from our Welsh knight as he blitzes through defences in his comeback season! π
