🏉 Exciting Times for Wales Rugby’s No. 10 Jersey! 🏉
The buzz around who will don Wales’ coveted fly-half jersey this summer is reaching fever pitch! 🏴
Dan Edwards, the young starlet, shone in the Six Nations, and at just 22, he’s a long-term fixture for Wales. But with Sam Costelow and Jarrod Evans grappling with injuries, the fly-half pecking order could see a shake-up before the upcoming Tests against heavyweight teams like Fiji, Argentina, and South Africa.
Callum Sheedy has been firing on all cylinders for Cardiff and seems poised for a call-up. And while Ben Thomas and Joe Hawkins have played as inside centres, they also have the chops to step up as fly-halves if needed.
A surprise contender grabbing headlines? Carwyn Leggatt-Jones! This 18-year-old sensation, still juggling schoolwork, has been turning heads with his performances for the Scarlets and Wales U20. Could he follow in the footsteps of legends who burst onto the scene from the schoolyard to the national squad?
The summer squad announcement is just around the corner, and we can’t wait to see who makes the cut. One thing’s for sure – the competition is fierce, and the future of Welsh rugby looks promising! 🌟
