π± Snooker Drama at the Crucible! π±

Snooker fans, you won’t believe what happened at the World Snooker Championship! Mark Allen and Wu Yize were involved in one of the longest frames in the tournament’s historyβa whopping 100 minutes and 21 seconds! π³

The 14th frame turned into a tactical battle with both players playing defensively, leaving the reds clustered around the black ball. The tension was palpable, and at one point, the audience couldn’t resist offering some cheeky advice to referee Marcel Eckhardt. “Can we have a rerack?” someone shouted from the seats. Marcel’s cheeky reply? “Thanks for the advice but we can do it without you.” π
Even snooker legend Steve Davis couldn’t hold back, calling it an “embarrassment to snooker” and urging for changes to avoid future snooker marathons. The crowd eventually saw Wu Yize clinch the frame 88-62, levelling the score at 7-7. Tensions were high, with many saying the referee should have acted sooner.
Meanwhile, over in the other semi-final, Shaun Murphy takes on John Higgins with an equally nail-biting tie at 8-8. π±
This tournament just keeps getting more intense! Can’t wait to see what happens next. Stay tuned! π±π₯ #SnookerChampionship #SnookerDrama #MarkAllen #WuYize
