🌨️ Get ready, Wales! A wintry blast is on its way! 🌬️

We’ve enjoyed some milder weather lately, but things are about to change. The Met Office has warned of a significant shift in weather this week, with temperatures expected to drop by a chilly 5°C overnight. You might want to dig out those winter coats and get cosy!
Starting Friday, March 13th, a cold snap will usher in plummeting temperatures and snow showers that could blanket parts of the country. With a north-westerly wind bringing a chill, we could see a mix of sunny spells, blustery winds, and even snow across some higher grounds—and maybe even lower hills too!

By Friday midnight, snow flurries might make their appearance across Wales, especially in the south. While heavy rain is expected overnight, it could turn into wintry showers in some regions. Although the snow might ease by morning, temperatures won’t climb too much, peaking at a brisk 7°C.
As we roll into Saturday, expect a few more wintry showers to move southwards before temps start to rise again. It looks like a roller-coaster ride of weather!
Don’t forget to keep an eye on the forecast to stay updated on the latest weather changes. Stay warm and enjoy the snowy scenes while they last! ☃️❄️
