🚨 Busted by Facebook! 🚔💬

Declan Fearn’s decision to dabble in the supply of cocaine, ketamine, and cannabis backfired after police stumbled upon incriminating messages on Facebook. The digital trail led officers straight to Fearn, who was arresting in Bethania Terrace, Cwmavon, after a quick foot chase!

Upon digging deeper, authorities uncovered chats about “flake” (cocaine), “weed” (cannabis), and even 21g of ketamine ready for sale. Not the smartest move, eh? A subsequent raid at his home uncovered weighing scales and snap-seal bags, though a small stash of cannabis was pinned on Fearn’s partner.
Appearing in Swansea Crown Court, the 28-year-old pled guilty and faced the music. Despite a rough upbringing in Luton—his barrister shedding light on past abuse—Fearn had kept his nose clean since 2013 until his latest antics. Judge Paul Thomas KC wasn’t swayed, delivering a 28-month sentence, noting Fearn likely believed the allure of “easy money” was worth the risks.
Fearn plans to turn his life around post-release, eyeing a Construction Skills Certification Card to rebuild his future. It’s a stark reminder of how the promise of quick cash can spiral into serious consequences. 💼🔨
