Brace yourselves, folks! Storm Bram is making its way across the UK, and it’s packing quite the punch. π¬οΈβοΈ The Met Office has issued new yellow and amber weather warnings, stretching across large parts of Wales. As the storm barrels through with rain and gusty winds, here’s what you need to know to stay safe.

Starting from Monday evening through Tuesday, expect some serious rainβup to 80mm in higher areas, with potential flooding and travel hiccups. If you’re in areas like Cardiff, Swansea, or Wrexham, be ready for some wet and wild weather. π§οΈ

But that’s not all! Strong southerly winds are joining the party. A yellow warning for wind kicks in overnight and stays in place till Tuesday afternoon. If you’re near coastal or elevated roads, drive with caution as gusts could ramp up to 60-70 mph. ππ¨
Keep an eye out if you’re travelling around Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, and other parts of North and West Wales. High-sided vehicles, coastal roads, and bridges could face disruptions. π
The Met Office is keeping tabs on Storm Bram, and they’re ready to update us if things change. Stay informed, stay safe, and maybe keep that umbrella handy just in case! π
