Disappointment for Red Arrows Fans: They’re Missing the Swansea Airshow This Year!
Hey, Swansea Airshow enthusiasts! We’ve got some news that might ruffle your feathers a bit. The iconic Red Arrows won’t be gracing the skies over Swansea this summer. Their newly released schedule has them jetting off across the pond to the US to celebrate 250 years of American independence.
While we all love the awe-inspiring aerial acrobatics of the Red Arrows, their absence doesn’t mean the airshow on July 25-26 will be any less exciting. With around 200,000 visitors expected, there’ll still be plenty of aerial marvels, trade stalls, yummy food & drink, live music, and fun for the whole family at the Wales Airshow!
For those hoping to catch sight of the Red Arrows elsewhere in the UK, don’t worry! They’ll be displaying their fantastic skills at events like the English Riviera Airshow, Isle of Man TT Races, and Clacton Airshow.
So, while we’ll miss those thrilling red jets flying over Swansea Bay, there’s still a summer full of dazzling displays to enjoy. Share your thoughts and plans for the airshow with us below! ✈️❤️
