🚨 Tragic Incident in Gorseinon 🚨
Police have named 18-year-old Ceiran Evans as the victim of a tragic collision in Gorseinon involving a car and an off-road bike. Our thoughts are with his family during this difficult time as they receive support from trained liaison officers.
Another young man, Tyler Ford, aged 18 from Morriston, faces multiple charges, including the murder of Ceiran Evans and attempted murder of a second victim, who remains in hospital. Ford is currently held in custody pending his appearance at Swansea Magistrates’ Court.
The investigation is ongoing, and four others are out on police bail:
– An 18-year-old from Gorseinon
– A 33-year-old from Gorseinon
– A 38-year-old from Gowerton
– Another 38-year-old from Mount Pleasant
Detective Chief Inspector Danielle Thorne thanked the Gorseinon community for their cooperation and urged anyone with info or footage to come forward. Please respect privacy and avoid sharing any related social media footage.
Witnesses or those with dashcam footage from Pen Cae Crwn Road, Pontardulais Road, and surrounding routes between 8 AM and 2:30 PM on July 9 are encouraged to assist with the investigation. Every piece of information helps!
