A disturbing case has emerged involving a funeral firm, centred around the mishandling of cremated remains and alleged financial fraud. Among those charged are two individuals from North Wales.

This all began when a criminal investigation, termed Operation Koine, was launched last May by Police Scotland. Rooted in Glasgow and Dumbarton, the case involves A Milne Funeral Directors and initially arose from complaints about missing ashes, families receiving incorrect remains, and dodgy financial dealings.
