Heartbreaking news from Pembroke Dock – a little one was found abandoned in a pram in a back garden, soaking in the rain late at night. A sharp-eyed resident spotted the child and quickly alerted the authorities. Police arrived at the scene on Wavell Crescent just before midnight on November 9th.
A 29-year-old woman has been taken into custody, suspected of child neglect, but has been released on bail as investigations continue. Fortunately, the child, believed to be around one or two years old, is now safe, with proper arrangements made for their care.
