🎓 Swansea’s Hottest Primary Schools Revealed! 🎓
Parents across Swansea have just received news on their child’s primary school placements for September, and it turns out only two schools were oversubscribed this year: Townhill Primary and St Helen’s Primary. If you applied on time, you were in luck—99.84% of families secured their top choice!
While secondary schools were more competitive last month (with 12 out of 14 oversubscribed), primary schools have slightly eased the pressure. Even if your child didn’t get into their first choice, rest assured they were offered a spot at their second preference or the closest school with available places.
Swansea Council promises a fantastic education experience in a safe and happy environment, no matter where your child ends up. 🎒📚
Here’s a quick glance at some in-demand schools and how many first-choice placements they fulfilled:
– Birchgrove: 54 first preferences, 54 spots given
– Parkland: 67 first preferences, 68 spots given
– Sketty: 56 first preferences, 56 spots given
