As the procession approached Bethany Baptist Church, a rainbow emerged, offering a beautiful yet bittersweet moment for the crowd of mourners. Kyle’s family, friends, teachers, and nurses all gathered to remember a unique soul whose humour and spirit shone brightly even during his most challenging times.

During the service, the church was filled with stories of Kyle’s love for gaming, chocolate, taekwondo, and his memorable smile. Laughter echoed through the room as tales of his Connect Four prowess were shared—Kyle was invincible at the game, no matter how hard anyone tried!

Floral tributes in blue and white adorned the church, spelling out ‘superhero’, while touching melodies like ‘I Love You Always Forever’ by Donna Lewis played in tribute to this remarkable young man.
